How do I communicate with a lead?

1. Login to admin360.hashlearn.com with your phone number
2. Choose the branch you want to add the lead to
3. Click on "Students" on the bottom bar
4. Click on "Manage Leads"
5. Find the lead whose details you want to communicate with
6. At the bottom right of the box that contains the lead (called a Lead Card), you'll find three icons
7. The first is for e-mail, second is for an SMS, third is for call
8. Choose the appropriate option
9. Now, depending on the option chosen and the corresponding details entered for the lead, you may be asked to choose between communicating with the Parent or the Student
10. Choose the appropriate option
